This year’s Pride celebrations were amongst the biggest and most colourful ever seen in the second city, with 75,000 people passing through the city centre and down into Southside.

The LBGTQ+ community were joined by the likes of Faithless, Years and Years and Lady Leshurr to revel in the diversity that makes Birmingham and Southside such vibrant places.

The 22nd event of its kind in Birmingham, the growing popularity of Pride further highlights the community spirit seen in Southside’s Gay Village every day, and with thousands of spectacular outfits on show, this year’s Pride proved to be a credit to the whole city.
